How does someone send a message that is missing all of the demographics at the top of the message. I had a message today like that and the one who sent it could not reproduce it. I have seen this many times but have never figured out how.

Not sure what you are looking for but as I read it you want a note without the pt name and demo? I don't know of a way to just the pt name......

Notice on yours the subject line is typed in. You have "Is this what Bert needs?" You don't have (Patient: M. Smith)

I would like someone to show me how to do something "wrong" with AC so that you get the (Patient: Patient name first initial, last name) without the part above with all the demographics. Above is the same patient without anything to the right of Patient. It can't be done. But, one of my staff does it all the time.

Can Jade log into AC as another user and still reproduce that no-demographics message?

If not, then the strange no-demographics messages may be caused by user Jade's AC settings.

But if Jade can still send no-demographics messages while logged into AC as another user, then check Jade's browser history for this kind of thing:



("Are you a nurse? Most people try it from the outside.")
