I am on AC Version 11.1.4
I see Pharmacy sending us requests to change medications according to the insurance coverage - for example change Pantoprazole to Omeprazole - etc. I am able to see that 'request for change' in "Pharmacy Requests:" and second tab on the top next to "Renewal" tab "Rx Change". I click that tab (Rx Change) and a new Screen appears showing Patients with Demographics, Medication Requested along with Pharmacy and Action (Review). Click on Review takes me to next screen. This Screen shows three possible options - 'Deny', 'Approve with Change' and 'Approve'. I am unable to do any function on this screen except 'Deny'.
Any thoughts?
Is this feature still in the making and is not active?

Sorry to say Qaiser, that is all I can do as well. I think this feature has potential but is still in the works.......

Agree function not working. It'd be better to disable this otherwise pharmacies think they are communicating with us.
