So, we can go to ANY patient's chart and click on EPCS, and it will give the dropdown and we can select Manage Via Newcrop Screens and they will all open.

There is just one patient chart which won't allow us. You click on it, and nothing happens.

Hi Bert,

Are there more than 5 active pharmacies for this patient? If so delete some and try again.

Hi Bert,

Maybe a locked or corrupted record or index associated with the patient is stopping NewCrop?

If so, the fix might be the database tuner and similar AC repair options, or even whatever NewCrop options are available (if any).

There might even be other patients with the same problem who haven't been tested yet--I assume that you've tried several, but not all of your patients.

Cheers,

Hi Bert,

I have run into this a few times, not recently. Usually it was more than 5 pharmacies.

Once or twice I had to use AC to go through all of the active meds, making sure quantity and UOM were entered. No idea why but that resolved the issue.

Turns out that the family's cousin belongs to a drug cartel in New Mexico called the NCs. We thought it was for New Mexico Cartel, i.e. NC. But, it was NewCrop and they were running fentanyl out of the family's account.

No actually after taking all out diagnoses and checking every med, the UOMs were off. But, wow, they would be off on every patient for a while unless it was a gallon of fentanyl, because gallon is one of the UOMs. But, somehow the sig was

Give "Susan" one tablet at 3 pm. Name not Susan. Why would someone write that? Strange.
