Does any one know if there's some function within ACPM (or it's replacement, Care Tracker) that allows you to store a patient's credit card information and also does automatic billing/auto pay?
We have patients that are willing to allow us to store their card information to cover their copays for telehealth visits, and in the charge screen in ACPM, there's a drop down box for "Credit Card on File" but it doesn't appear to do anything and after 5 years on ACPM, I still can't find somewhere to add CC information or turn on this feature, if that's even possible.
It's not the end of the world that I have to manually enter their information, but it would be nice if that function actually worked.
