We are using v11.1.4. Anyone else up from .2? Does it crash less often
One of my MA's updates on PMH etc. has the updates by so and so and 9/22/2021 @ 1:45 pm. Forgetting the fact that we don't need the time, it is turned off in her preferences. And, all ACs have been rebooted.
Finally, I like the fact that you can see the pharmacy before you send. But, it doesn't show which Hannaford or Publix or Walgreens, etc. I don't think you can even hover over it. I think on the next step you have a shot at it, but still.
Sorry for three questions at once.

On 11.02, hovering over the pharmacy (on the bottom right, above the prescribe button) tells you exactly which pharmacy is selected. You do have to remember to check before you hit "Prescribe" because I think once you get to the next screen, it is too late to check it.

Hi Bert.
I can't comment on the crashing, but I will say reports of the issues have slowed. I am not saying this is because of 11.1.4, but its just the data point I have access to.
For the MA, everyone has to have the "show date/time document" turned off. If she has it off, and you have it on, then you will see the date/time documented (she should not see that though.. if that is the case, drop me an email and I'll set up time).
Finally, on the pharmacy, as Jon said just hover over the medication in the "Pending Medication" list as you will see a yellow popup that shows the full pharmacy name plus address.
I will add a feature request in for Chris C to look at to resize that Pending Meds window to allow for more characters, but it would require shrinking the Interactions area down significantly. Would that be a good solution, or do you rely on more visibility of the interactions section?

I guess I was doing a less than millisecond hover.

Well since we are here and can speak directly to Mark.
The moving it over is a tough one, as it wouldn't be fair to others. I just let my meds interact. But, that is something very important to others. Being able to hover it there would be helpful.
When a medication is transmitted it shows up as "transmitted by so and so" after it. It would be great if it said, "transmitted to Walgreen's by so and so"
The update would be better (for me anyway) if it said, "updated 9/22/21" and not Updated by so and so on 9/22/21 at 4:35 pm. Just too much verbiage.
This is probably a surescripts thing, but if we could customer things on the dropdown list for UOM. I use tablets/capsules/liquids (which are milliliters) most of the time. And, the FP and IM doctors probably use the first two. So, if they were at the top. I know you can start typing tablets and it will bring them up, but...

And, forgive me for shouting in advance, but SINCE WE ARE STARTING TO USE DRFIRST FOR SOME THINGS, DUMP NEWCROP and change to DrFirst or Allscripts or any other company that provides their "services."

^^^^ I remember discussing this with John Squire on more than one occasion. Probably with Jon Bertman, too, but that I cannot specifically recall.

I think the "Ditch Newcrop" chant has been around as long as I have.
I have put in an enhancement request for the UOM. There is a UOM in the actual med, so I am seeing if it can auto-populate the UOM field based off the med. I can see if the field can have the "common" UOM's at the top.

I can see if the field can have the "common" UOM's at the top. Excellent idea. Why do we have to select capsule when it's in the actual med name? Tablet and Capsule will get us 99% of the way there. UOM glitch for existing med without uom: when clicking on the uom field, I type it and the form is the only one shown, however if I hit tab to the next field it disappears, have to hit enter. If tabbing to the uom field this doesn't happen.
