One of my providers is going to be out for a month. have to bring in a temp. how do they use AC without paying for another subscription??

This is not an official Amazing Charts board. You would have to contact AC directly.

Having said that, past discussion indicated that it was necessary to purchase another license.

This is from memory and NOT official.

Nothing incorrect. Feel free to ask anything here, often someone has run into the issue before. There is an amazing cumulative wealth of knowledge out there.

I have found that a telephone message is more likely to be answered by AC. Realize they are exceptionally busy now, hopefully things will normalize after 9/1.

Hi Chris.

In order for a locum provider to have full functionality with AC, they would need their own license. We do offer locum licenses at a reduced rate. I believe they are month to month licenses. Wow, never knew this, thanks for asking the question because I have wondered but never decided to have a locums cover. Thanks Mark, and glad to hear AC has a way of allowing this for the providers at a reduced cost, kudos.
