So with the new SCRIPT2017 mandate, does anybody know if Pharmacies will be forced to send refill requests electronically?
We still get 20-30 requests a day from CVS/Walgreens/Publix/OptumRx via fax. Our providers are all in the system and send their scripts electronically. So its really confusing why some pharmacies still fax requests.
