Hi everyone,

We have several threads running on this, I thought I would try to make a summary.

It is now Thursday, August 26, 6 PM Eastern. Apparently on Monday evening New Crop server went down, and there have been problems since. These seem to involve primarily receiving electronic refill requests, as well as electronic prescribing of controlled substances. At times interaction checking has been very slow or stalled.

My experience over the last 24 hours is that about half the time EPCS works, about half the time it does not. Interestingly, certain patients will work, and certain patients will give a repeated error when I try to open the New Crop window. I have been unable to figure out the common factor as to what allows/prevents New rop from opening.

Mark@AC has posted that Amazing Charts is aware of the issue, but that it is basically a New Crop issue and AC is unable to address this but are dependent on New Crop.
