I don't see much difference.
eRx is maybe a little faster to open the window
A few extra clicks to get the Rx out.

Hi Gene,

Many of the viewers may be like me, curious but without any actual experience with v11.

I gather that the upgrade has swamped AC support, so viewers may not have upgraded yet and may just be watching to see what happens.

Cheers,

Carl Fogel

Hi Carl,

Always appreciate your input.

So option 1 or 2 would be applicable for them.

Thanks

Gene

Hi Gene,

Aaargh! You're right!

But like me, many viewers may have just skipped the poll to look at the posts because it didn't occur to us that a poll about upgrading would apply to anyone who hadn't upgraded.

Cheers,

Carl Fogel

P.S. Just looked at the poll and realized that I'm even worse than most viewers--I could say that I haven't upgraded and don't plan to, but that would be misleading, since I haven't anything to upgrade. If I did have an office to upgrade, I'd do it.

Hi Carl,

At this point you may be granted status as "Honorary user"

Perhaps I should start a poll about it........

Sorry!

We use v8.3, as it is relatively simple to switch out computers if necessary. Major disadvantages include no eRx and the necessity of using a Windows 7 computer for the server (we have paid for ongoing security patches). No ongoing subscription costs for Amazing Charts. We do not have any plans to upgrade to a newer version. But this is a very small Family Medicine office with a single doctor. I don't think we are challenging the limits of the app, with only two client computers (on Windows 10).

Upgraded several practices over the past few weeks. Only major complaint was the Midmark issue. Everything else seems the same. Most practices couldn't tell we upgraded them.

We've upgraded, but I need another week before I can confirm the providers are happy about it.
