It seems AC tech support has been very busy with mandatory V11 updates.

It is very good to know that this important forum is up and running.

I have one of my workstations which crashes trying to open imported items. It might open one, then the minute you try to open another imported item in the same chart or even other chart then AC crashes. The other PC and the main PC seem fine. We use Adobe reader to review Imported items within AC.

Any ideas what is going on and how to fix this?

Best,

Romel

Hi Romel,

This post describes an Adobe setting that may be your problem:

Thanks Carl for your reply.

I did look into the Adobe Reader settings: "the advance security function of "Protected Mode" will need to be disabled". It is actually unchecked.

I found a the post by the Late Indy and I downloaded Foxit Reader and voila! Problem solved.

Best,
