Hi Dr. Gene!
So far no crashes. The dr. says the eRx is faster than that bad delay we had before but not as fast as from months ago before the slowness started happening.
I feel the program is not slow at all. It's quite snappy. But it hasn't been super busy this morning - huge rainstorm in Houston so people not showing up.
I have found 2 bugs related to the link with our PM software, which I will contact AC about. They are not terrible, we found workarounds but we'd like them to be fixed. One of them is names with apostrophes cause an error message in the PM software, so we are just removing the apostrophe for now.
