Edit->My Preferences->User Preferences->Prescriptions. First box there gives a bunch of check box options to undo Adherence.

Thank you Koby!

I read the release notes and there was not mention of how to adjust.

Also are there any "Preferences" that ARE REQUIRED for meaningful use etc? I am trying top optimize the speed of AC and minimize clicks.

For example I disabled "Formulary" from automatically popping up when I write a Rx. However "Formulary" tab has a blue color suggesting its a meaningful use requirement?

Thanks Koby,

That was extremely helpful. I didn't notice the button initially and almost got run out of town on a rail.

Hi Qaiser.....I've updated the release notes attached here and added reference to the new erx features for RxFill, Cancel and RxChange. Cancel will permit you to cancel a script you've sent, RxChange comes from the pharmacy and they need your permission to alter a script you sent. RxFill is a confirmation from the pharmacy that the prescription has been dispensed .. These are all new with SCRIPT2017 mandates. While pharmacies are supposed to support them, not all do yet so you may/may not see them from everyone. ..

This De-CODIFY of previously CODIFIED meds is really annoying!!!!! This and the stupid message put into the message box of every refill electronically approved should be a high priority fix! THIS IS CAUSING TOO MUCH DOUBLE WORK AND I HATE DOUBLE WORK! Pay your people overtime to fix this bug if you necessary!

Is anyone else annoyed by this problem as much as I am? Working on refills again today and having to open charts to Codify meds.

I still haven't switched over although waiting taking three minutes to prescribe a few meds instead of 15 seconds is really annoying. I guess you would have to describe the codify issue. And, the other issue. If electronic refills are going to be that much of a problem, we will just go back to using the faxes. Of course, that is double work because I get a fax about a refill and my MA has already filled it, and I am right there when I open the fax so sometimes I prescribe it. Of course, once I change over I am sure you will get my opinion. Is the electronic med going a over a "feature" or a bug. The problem is AC doesn't put out patches, we have to wait for the new version.

See my PM.

And why are new meds still not in the system, ie Wegovy for weight loss, so popular that the manufacturer can't keep it in stock.

I am probably wrong, but I think that is all on SureScripts. They are probably too busy making us do the units and the height and weight. If they are the ones making us do the height and weight (which is simply just the stupidest thing ever).

OMG! I didn't send in enough Concerta based on IBW and height. And, the pharmacist caught using some type of BMI/BSA formula. Thank god. He may have failed a test based on that. I love the requirement for the height and weight. Especially in inches and lbs.
