CTRL + A, then User Account and Security, when you use the dropdown to enter a name of a provider, it will show you what the signature will look like on the top right. The only workaround I know of as entering the middle initial there will not change anything is to change FN Mike, LN Smith to FN Mike A, LN Smith. I would have to check with my SQL expert to see if that changes anything in the database where there have been entries in the database that may be affected. I also wonder about already having approvals for NPI, etc., although I doubt it. But, that will give you the full signature.
What insurance company is rejecting claims based on that? I never heard of that. I have never had a claim rejected due to not using my middle initial.
