In the messages section of Amazing Charts, in addition to being able to send a message to a particular person, there are also groupboxes. We do not use these and would like to remove them from the choice of recipients. Is this possible?

I think, by default, they are built in to the program. We park certain messages in Nursing where multiple staff members can access them. I wish I had access to the group messages as I have to ask them every time what is happening with certain message that I sent.

I couldn't find any way of removing them, nor any reference to doing so, so I guess they are permanent.

I suppose it will never happen, but what would be REALLY useful is just one or two group boxes that were customizable. That is, "for groupbox 1, select which users you want to have access".
I think that would be a simple change that would dramatically increase the utility of the feature. Many of us who never use groupboxes would find them helpful.
