Hi, When we print a prescription, one to an 8x11 page, a paragraph describing AC security features is included at the bottom. If we print two or four to a page, the paragraph is missing. Now, Walgreens pharmacy is insisting that they cannot accept prescriptions to be submitted to Medicaid without the paragraph. Is there any way to modify prescriptions produced two or four to a page such that they will include this paragraph? A.C. v8.3
Thanks!

I think I may have figured out a solution, clumsy though it may be. Under Administrative Options > Set Prescription Format, there is a field in which to enter notes for all future prescriptions. It supports only a limited number of characters, but I was able to whittle down the paragraph to fit. Just the facts, ma'am. Now we'll see if that appeases the powers that be!
