Another user sent this as a PM. We do not do online registrations. Anyone doing so?
"We have been using patient registration PDF forms as printed documents, it used to be easy when patients come they fill out and we scan them into AC. Now with telemedicine consults our patients are finding it very difficult to handwrite fill out these forms, scan or take pictures on their phones and send an email to us. Do you use any other tools for patient registrations online? Anything that interfaces with AC? Thank you,"
Thanks

We use Updox and have created multiple different forms for patients including Demographics, Consent Form, Financial responsibility Form, HIPAA Release Form, Medical History Form etc. These are super easy to create and very user friendly on patient's end as these forms can be filled on the smart phone, tablets, computers etc and then Submitted Directly to INBOX of UPDOX. We then SEND these to patient's chart as Import Items.

Perfect thank you. We use Updox for faxes and Telemed/Video calls etc. So this will be easy to integrate and not adding another vendor.
