Good day,

Our doctor just noticed that the ERx has been adding "CRX: Eligible patients may qualify for savings. Direct patients to www..... Sponsored by Nova Nordisk." to the sig line of some prescriptions sent over ERx. She found out when she had to print out an Rx and noticed it had been added. Called the pharmacy and they have been seeing it on their end as well.

Is there a way to turn this off? Tried looking in the NewCrops admin page from AC.

Seems kind of underhanded and foul.

AC Tech Support Chat came online and was able to help.

From the main AC window. Edit- My Preferences- User Preferences, Prescription - Uncheck the box [Participate in patient copay assistance and education programs.]

No more ads on the sig line.
