When that has happened to me, I have found that if you mouse over the AC icon in the windows taskbar you will see three forms that come up. Mouse over the window that you want to enlarge and right click and then click on maximize. Once the form is maximized on your screen, in the upper right corner click on "restore form". It should reset it so your enlarge textbox button or CTL E will again work. It must be a glitch in the Matrix.
