Hi everyone,
I have several other threads going on the general topic of AC cloud.
I would like this specific information: Are people using Dragon Medical with AC cloud? Any problems?
Thanks.

Gene,
I wish we had other options than Dragon Medical One Cloud version, because I would love to be able to dictate using Dragon "in the cloud" on my chromebook. But cannot unless using a windows device, so Dragon "in the Cloud" is unable to work on apple products or Linux (chromebook) products. So in my mind the Dragon "in the cloud" is not functional on anything but a desktop. But to answer your question, I think Dragon Medical One Cloud version works quite well with AC in the Cloud. Once in a while although it has not happened much at all since my last Dragon upgrade, there was a disconnect and the dictated segment I just dicated did not get pasted onto my field in AC but rather a previous dictation would get pasted instead, and I tried to figure out the cause with AC and Dragon's IT help and never could find a solution as to how to prevent this from occurring. Thankfully, that seems to have gone away.

Hi jimmie, Do you dictate in the room, after the patient leaves, or in your office later? @Gene Don't look too far, you are getting perilously close to the edge.

Bert,
I have my routine, see the patient in the room, then dictate in my office, then onto the next patient. I dictate as I go so I don't have anything at the end of the day, and fresh in my memory.

If I saw more than 12-14 a day I would get behind, but it allows me time to also review the chart before I go in to see the next patient, print up med list, get referral notes, mammo's, vaccine records before I go in, and Updox is very helpful getting info in a hurry that might be missing. It works for me, plus I don't want to be any busier than this at my age, so I can spend quality time and not feel rushed. I schedule with this approach in mind, and my nurse knows who the talkers are and schedules accordingly.
