Hi everyone,

For the last few days NewCrop has not been letting me send prescriptions for Percocet. Oxycodone/acetaminophen works fine. I believe this just started on Wednesday.

Anyone else notice this?

Same problem here...

Everything else works except Percocet, which NewCrop will not let me send to any pharmacy.

Any suggestions or solutions?

Type in Oxycodone/acetaminophen with the appropriate dose, should work

jimmie's correct. I don't know if it is peds, but that is true for a lot of drugs for me. Cefzil being one. A huge tip as you would have with acetaminophen-codeine (the main thing is the NDC code) but if you type oxycodone then you will have to scroll down to find the drug, even worse with the T3s. You have to scroll pretty far down to find acetaminophen-codeine.

But, if you type oxycodone- (put the hyphen) it takes you right to those.

Metadate CD is really weird. Most will go through with methylphenidate ER 30/70. If you put 50/50 it will go through, but 50/50 is Ritalin LA.

But, the weirdest thing I have seen yet is with the Metadate CD, where it would go from current to pending. But, now if you try to click it, the cursor just stays like this | whereas it should be the hand.

Just noticed that this is also true for Cheratussin. I can select this in Amazing Charts prescription writer, it is in block letters, not Italicized. But New Crop will not let this be electronically prescribed.

Guaifenesin/codeine Syrup is listed.
