Why does Amazing Charts v10 and above not give a CEHRT ID of XX15EXXXXXXXXXX but if select v9.4 with a v10.x.x you get a CEHRT ID of XX15HXXXXXXXXXX?

In order to have manual entry of PI on QPP site, need XX15EXXXXXXXXXX format. I thought AC v10 and above was 2015 certified??

Hi

This is a common question. The short story is the certification criteria changed for 2015 and we partnered with a couple companies (Updox and UNIS) to certify. This was not needed for 2014 certification, so we were able to certify by ourselves.

So to get a 2015 certification, you have to add Updox and UNIS in order to get the certification number. (Updox is used for direct messaging, and UNIS is used for eCQMs).

Or, if you want to make it easy on yourself, you can find the certification numbers on our website. We post them publicly there. Here is the link: https://amazingcharts.com/meaningful-use/. Just click on the version you need and the certification number will be there.

I hope this helps.

Thank you. It was frustrating not to find the correct CERT ID on CHPL site.

What is UNIS acronym for?

UNIS is actually the company that we certified our eCQMs with . I honestly don't think its an acronym, just the company name.
