I have local hosted AC
I had to come to latest windows 10

Since then when I click orders or prescription button
AC crashes and I have to re log in
But after re log in it does not do the same but later after some time it crashes again!

This is a massive problem. Crashed 8 times yesterday. Some of us have called tech support and they send you on a wild goose chase, like re-installing all your Windows users, etc. This may lead us to seek another chart system as we are paying 3000 dollars a year and they won't fix their code. My tech guy says it's a code problem: unhandled exceptions.

I sent a private message to you. I was on with Tech3 Chris Sjuek (sp?) today and he got onto a couple computers, then disappeared without a call, and no tech support no longer working. We've had about 8 crashes just this morning. My staff is very frustrated and people are stomping around and upset.

was a big problem for me ended up building a new mini-PC still runs Windows 10 and AC 10.2 but no longer crashes. Wonder if Windows DEP is the problem

Think I'd try the DEP exception apply to AC don't think it could hurt
