I went from 10.02 to 10.2 on Friday. Everything went well and fast. But today (Sunday) when I try to log in via logmein, rigth after I put AC log in password AC closes. Any ideas on what could be the reason? I hope Tech support will be available early tomorrow.

Hi,
What happens if you deliberately put in a wrong password?

It opens a window on top of the log in: password is incorrect

If you used LogMeIn to enter the deliberately-bad password, that seems to rule out LogMeIn as the problem.
It also seems to rule out the possibility that you were somehow incorrectly entering your real password.
AC is apparently accepting the real password.
***
I've seen two situations where a password problem turned out to be something else.
There's a faint chance that AC is actually opening and ready for use . ..
But a Windows or LogMeIn window-handling glitch has minimized the normal AC window to a tiny square that's easy to overlook, usually in the lower-left corner of the desktop, about the size of an ordinary desktop icon and therefore easy to overlook.
An even fainter chance is that you're connecting remotely to a system with dual monitors and LogMeIn is showing you the wrong one.
Running TaskMgr on the remote system will show you if AC is running.
***
If you haven't restarted the remote system (and even the server), that would also be worth a try, just in case it's some weird non-repeating glitch.
Otherwise, wait for AC tech support or someone on the forum with suggestions about running AC utilities.
Sorry not to be more helpful, but you can at least save some time by telling AC tech that a bad password produces a different screen and that the system (and even the server) have been restarted.

I've seen that error when AC needs to be credentialed. It'll launch once normally but after that it'll fail to launch. I hope AC got it fixed for you.

Thanks to all who replied. Sandeep that was exactly it. AC tech support fixed it earlier this morning in less than 5 min.

Is this a cloud version or locally hosted version of AC? AC often freezes up in both situations. When I hosted AC locally and accessed remotely I would hit ctr-ALT-delete (in the host computer, or just right click on the task bar), open task manager, close ac service or app, and restart ac and it would start up easily. If you are on AC cloud service you are at the mercy of their tech support.
