I remember this question from several years ago, but don't remember the fix.

At the top center of the main AC screen, there is the link for the electronic refills waiting from the pharmacies. Although there are no refills waiting, it displays "1/1". I posted an email for AC tech support, but I don't expect a reply soon, given the holidays. Anyway, its not affecting the function, just the display.

At some point, with AC, everything old is new again.

Thanks Carl, I tried to look through the new crop screens but no pending refills found.

Run database tuner to fix it.
