Three much needed updates:

1. Spell check in the lab sign off comments, which ultimately go to the patient's portal. (This also needs to be added to all patient messaging locations!)
2. We REALLY need to be able to scroll through the lab results while typing our lab comments. Currently, once we open the sign off box to type, the windows behind freeze and we cannot scroll through sometimes 4-8 "pages/screens" of labs to remind ourselves of all of the things we need to reference in our patient message.
3. Lab results need to default and remain ONE LINE possibly with mouse over to reveal hidden text (often overly long lab titles and not the result) to fit more data on one screen. Currently looking at the results of a urinalysis will expand the height of EVERY row x2 on the results table, increasing the number of clicks and scrolls needed to see all of the lab results.

Hope to see these changes soon!

One work around is using Updox in the Cloud. I will import my labs from Quest each AM and send a letter to patient in updox via the portal or text. But by having the labs in the inbox of updox, I can just run the cursor over the lab to see the results without even having to click the mouse, Works slick.

Another work around... in imported items, right-click on the labs you are reviewing and select "Open (in Default Application). Then go to the sign-in screen. The lab results can be reviewed in Adobe, Fox-it, or whatever pdf reader you are using at the same time as you sign off and make comments.
