"Microsoft's latest update (Windows 10, 1903 update 05/20) broke their ability to communicate with our IPP printers. If you used our Updox IPP Printer, it is based on Microsoft IPP technology and is now failing as a result of the update.
To support customers, we'd like to familiarize you with our new Print to Fax and Print to Inbox tools. New capabilities include two self-installable Windows print drivers that enable outbound electronic faxing and printing to the Updox Inbox. This can be done directly from any software application that uses a Windows printer.
Please install our new Print to Fax driver with these steps.

If using Windows 7, please install Updox Central printing with these steps.
Due to higher than normal call volume, we ask that you please first try and install these tools yourself. If you do need our assistance, email us at support@updox.com and you will be in queue to be contacted by our Support Team.
We apologize for any impact this has caused your business this week."

I hit a jam when trying to get this fixed on my Windows 10 office computer. I went to the link above, and did not enter the integration key, you must do this. You find it by going to menu in Updox, and then click on Admin, then Practice information, the key is about 3/4 the way down the page there. Type it in to the requested integration key area, then proceed. I did not initially do this and had to get support to help me at Updox. Working now but the letter writer letters from AC to updox inbox looks a bit light and missing portions of letters, I hope this improves. Thank you all for the links above and pointing us in the right direction.

Just a followup to the above post, the Updox IT support remoted in and changed my Updox printer to the central Updox printer, changed settings to the highest resolution and made this printer the default printer at my request. This took care of the missing portions of letters and the letters now appear dark again instead of light gray and spotty.
