I have added that alternate spelling to "Alias/Nickname" tab in the More Info tab in DEMOGRAPHICS however it still does not recognize. Please advise. Dino Rheumatology New York

Teleski Member Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 12 Colorado	We used to put the patients preferred name in parenthesis after their first name (worked great) but now the ( and ) characters hang up the billing software we are using so we put the preferred name in the yellow sticky note area of their chart on the most recent encounter page... it just sits there without deleting Family Medicine Winter Park, CO
