Is anyone else having issues when you click on the messages box, AC completely shuts down? Chris, has this been added to this fix?
We have had 3 days of having to log back on constantly when we click on the messages button........ I'm hoping this fix fixes this issue too.

Important Notifications:

There are a couple defects that have been identified in 10.1.3 related to messages which may impact you depending upon your workflows. Most are mitigated by manually hitting the message refresh button which many AC users have been doing for a long time. Another is related to using the Group message boxes. Please read the Known Issues section of the release notes for more information and if you feel at risk we suggest you hold off on 10.1.3 and wait for the fixes to be posted in a few weeks.

The issues have been corrected by Development and are in Quality Assurance testing. This will be followed by a short beta test period. Upon successful validation the release will be posted here for self service updates. We expect this update to be available in a few weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you're experiencing this shutdown frequently it's due to the Group Message box issue I described in the release notes.....If you go from your inbox to a group box, then click out to go somewhere else like the Schedule when you eventually click on Messages again you will get that Run-Time error 5 and the shutdown. We've fixed this in the patch release. In the meantime, to avoid this problem tell everyone to open their inbox after they've worked in the group, then click out the the other sections and you wont get the error when you click on Messages the next time.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. we thought that was only to fix the messages not deleting when exiting. We will give that a try! Thank you again!!
