Is this a thing?
"Where can we add the referring provider into AC so it will populate that field in ACPM--so we can enter it once and not have to go through adding it to every claim every time."
We do have the ability to add the referring provider in ACPM; which seems to only auto-apply to the Referral Auth link, but when billing the actual claim, we still have to go into the charge and add the referring provider again, even though it's already been entered. Is there no way for this to automatically populate every time? Theoretically, my referring provider is, 9 times out of 10, going to be the same for each visit.
Any thoughts?
