Hi Chris,
You no longer need to make a "dummy provider" in AC to have a schedule. Any user in AC can have a schedule. So if you need a column, you can just create a fake low level user (audit level) and make a schedule for them. For example, if you need a "Lab" schedule, just create a user where the first name is "Lab", last name "Lab", user name "Lab", and put any password in you want (you will never login to this account). Once the user is created, you can now create a schedule for them like with any other user.

Hi Mark. Sorry, I just got back on here and saw your reply. So by adding a schedule for 'who ever' it will show up in the daily schedule that show up for the providers?
Thanks agin!

Correct. AC used to limit schedules to just those at a provider level. That changed a while back because we had too many users putting in "ghost providers" as they used to be called. Now you can make a schedule for any user. Makes things easier in that respect.
