Is there any way I can easily high light labs of interest, copy them, then paste to encounter note. If not. This would be a helpful addition to program.

I use a program ABBYY Screen Shot Reader. It's not too expensive, does OCR (optical character reader) off of your screen to your clipboard. Then you just place your curser where you would like the text and press Ctrl-V.

Dru, this is a much requested feature that AC's developers have discussed implementing for some time. I am not sure if it is on the list for V11 in 2019 or not. Maybe Chris Conrad will let us know....
