Good morning everyone,
I finally upgraded to v10 last night. Unfortunately the client PCs could not connect. Late last night I left a message on AC tech support voicemail.
Ryan called back at 8:05 this AM, changed a few settings, and all is well.

Have to chime in also. Had to reinstall AC on a new server this weekend. Called support and they responded in a very timely fashion about the security key on Saturday. I was then told to complete the install (it was late in the afternoon), don't do anything after that and call first thing in am on Sunday so they could restore the databases on the new computer. I was initially skeptical about anyone being there on Sunday, but after leaving a message in the morning I received a callback in 1 hour and the databases were restored. Thank You for being there.

Gene - good to see you about.
I had to take the Turnpike in this time, I was speaking in DC, but I'll be out your way again in Spring 2019 to speak at another conference, so I'm still committed to coming through town and meeting.
