I noticed that AC not backing up. Also noticed a message when booting AC program on server which I paraphrase " Administrative services not running, can ignore but automatic process such as auto back may not run. Can be fixed with utilities go to chart. I have done as instructed with the utilities program but I keep getting same message each time I restart program. Any Ideas would be of great help. For now I will manually back up until I can find a fix since I believe this is the reason the program is not auto backing up.

Thanks

Well, I probably shouldn't be giving advice. Would wait for someone smarter or for AC support. But, it usually runs in automatic. Wonder what changing it to manual in right-click, properties, then change to manual. But, I wouldn't do it until you hear from someone smarter.

I forget what your setup is. What type of server are you running?

Hey Dru,

It sounds like there might be an issue with the Admin Service running. To resolve this, you can open up the Windows Services window. To do this, open the start menu and type "Services". Once you have the window open, look for the service name "Amazing Charts Admin Service". Right-click on this and then click on "Restart". Once you do this, a backup will run in the background to ensure the service is running correctly. Once the backup has finished, the error message you were getting should go away. If you are still having issues with this, feel free to private message me here with your practice name and a good contact number and I'll have someone here reach out to assist.
