It sounds like there might be an issue with the Admin Service running. To resolve this, you can open up the Windows Services window. To do this, open the start menu and type "Services". Once you have the window open, look for the service name "Amazing Charts Admin Service". Right-click on this and then click on "Restart". Once you do this, a backup will run in the background to ensure the service is running correctly. Once the backup has finished, the error message you were getting should go away.
