Anthony@AC Member Joined: Dec 2011 Posts: 51	Hi Dru, I am with the AC Quality Assurance Department Read your question and it seemed very familiar I logged this as a bug back in 2016 and it was closed as the spell checker was never implemented to work on the Addendum form My suggestion to you is to submit a Recommended Improvement through Amazing Charts (Help > Recommended Improvements)and the Product team will see it and log it If there are enough requests it can eventually be implemented (not sure how many requests it takes to move forward) Thanks and have a great day Anthony@AC

Just looked at your rec for tinyspell. so i download it and when in a chart-addedum, it will pick up mis-spelled words automatically or I have to click the program? I am very squirrly about downloading any program that might be troublesome! Chris Savannah GA

When I see an interesting free utility on www.majorgeeks.com, I download it, try it, use it if I like it, and uninstall it if I don't. I don't worry about utilities from www.majorgeeks.com because they've been doing this for years and I've never had any trouble with programs that they offer. A quick check of my utility folder and its subfolders suggests that I've kept well over 500 programs offered by them. If you're worried about uninstalling, try Revo Free: https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/revo_uninstaller.html If one free spell-checker doesn't do what you want, you can browse their site for others: https://www.majorgeeks.com/mg/sortname/dictionaries.html Cheers, Carl Fogel

AMCS: This is from newcrop: New incident: Investigating We are currently investigating an error that may occur when attempting to transmit prescriptions. This is resulting in prescriptions remaining queued. Our engineers are working on resolution presently.

Bert: I am sure AC knows. It's probably a NewCrop issue and they are working on it

Pinky: It is working now. 1pm EST. 11/11/24.

Clem Surak: Is anyone else using ACPM and the EOBs are not matching up to patient accounts and the EOBs are having to be retyped into ACPM? Started a couple of weeks ago. Payer IDs are correct and match the EOB payer IDs.

tcosta: @ Clem Surak: yes, this has been going on for MONTHS in our office. We've been told it's the payers fault and it has to do with loop segments and payer response. Doesn't make sense to me, considering it's ALL the time now on multiple EOB's a week.

tcosta: It almost never used to happen and now it's constant.

tcosta: ACPM is extremely short staffed and it's taking them days to respond and fix the issue.

Clem Surak: Yes, it has been getting progressively worse. I have a ticket logged, but have not heard back, so I keep retyping the EOBs so that our accounting is up to date. Hope the migration to the new Clearinghouse fixes this issue. Thanks for the response.
