Is it pretty easy to upgrade to 10.0.2 by ourselves? Last update to version 9 I had an IT company install it but they are not available anymore. Our sever is Windows Sever 2012 R2.

I upgraded my server and 6 client machines from version 9.1 to 10.0.2 this past Friday. The windows updates took the longest. The install of AC is straight forward. Just follow the directions on the client portal at the download link. It think there is even a how to video out there.

A little bit of a tangential question - we're about the go from 9.3.2 to latest 10 version.
Is version 10 neccessary for E-prescriptions? Or can that be done on v 9.3.2?

Version 10 is needed to continue to eRx.
I did do the upgrade myself. It was painless, just took a long time.
