Still not back up!!!!. Very frustrating -significantly impeding patient care and practice. No updates, either.

I spoke with Updox and they stated it was an amazing charts problem... this is what was sent to me. ON AMAZING CHARTS SITE that updox directed me to.
Please Note: We?re currently experiencing a temporary server issue that may affect user access to ACPM and Updox. The issue also prevents users from upgrading themselves to the latest version of Amazing Charts. We apologize for the delay and are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Contacting Updox I do not believe will solve the issue. Amazing charts is having the issue not Updox. I hope this helps I did not want anyone spinning wheels tomorrow with Updox. Its AC.

There has been a datacenter outage affecting both ACPM and free Updox, according to emails from Jeremy Henderson.
Yesterday: "The data center where ACPM is hosted had a power outage last night around 10pm (8/5)/18)EST. The power has since been restored at the facility but some of the storage arrays that maintain ACPM did not come back online as expected. This is also impacting clients that are using the free version of Updox which relies on a server within this data center.
Today he added: "the data center has restored all necessary hardware and is in the process of working to resolve all services that will allow our team and eventual our clients back onto ACPM. Currently, our team is able to see some of the traffic in the portal but we do not have the final green light from the data center to start our validation. As a reminder, once we have the all clear from the data center, our cloud operations team will need one hour for validation prior to providing access to our clients."
I believe these emails have been going out to all ACPM clients. If you did not receive them, I would recommend talking to AC because I would expect you should be on the email list. I can't speak to Updox.

I use free updox with AC and I was not notified of an outage. I only discovered this by checking this forum. Glad someone is posting info about this problem. I do not use ACPM.

Brief update from Jeremy Henderson: "... we do not believe ACPM will be available today during the course of regular business hours. Below is a status page where you can view the technical components that (our vendor) OVH Cloud is working on to resolve this issue." https://status.ovhcloud.com/

Ah, OVH cloud, the cheaper alternative to Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS. Have to choose the cloud providers carefully.
