Home Forums Discussions MACRA/MIPS TOC in message box - but

I receive message in my inbox stating "Updox: Transition of Care (TOC) document". As I double click on this message, no document opens, rather another popup message comes up "The requested document is not available from the Amazing Charts Central Server".
I spoke with AC Tech Support via Chat and I was told that this is a known issue and will be addressed in next release of AC - may be Q1 of 2019.
This TOC is counted by AC for MIPS reporting - so, so far I have a score of 0

Hi...There is a fix in 10.1 for these failures due to the large size of the TOC files..I can't say for certain that is the cause of this but 10.1 will be available very soon if you're interested..I see Anthony sent you an invite for beta.
