Hi,
Just installed AC10.0.2 last week without any problem. Now, every time I print prescriptions, it will follow with a coupon for the medicine. Do you have this problem? And how to turn this off?
Thanks,

Hi Cindy.
This is the CoPay assistance program in AC. If you want to turn off the print function, it easy to do. - From the main screen of AC, click "Edit" then "My Preferences" and then "User Preferences" - Click the Prescriptions tab tab and uncheck "Print Patient Copay Assistance".
This will stop the printing of the copay or education. I would leave the "Participate" option checked as you would still then send copay assistance and education instructions to the pharmacy for the patient.
