Several of the multiple vaccines Pentacel, Pediarix, MMRV are three that we noted show the multiVIS sheet date in decision support but DO NOT show the VIS date in the support section when checking.
We discovered this during a VFC audit. Not the best time to find a glitch. I have reported it as a bug.
In the meantime, you may have to manually add the VIS date in the support section (it can no longer be added in decision support. This is a major problem

Hi Wendell,
The VIS dates are retained in the database so you don't have to enter them again. The bug is they are not showing on the screen when you click on the date from Decision Support. If you click on the edit button next to to the date you will see them. This has been fixed in 10.1 available this summer

Actually, it's not showing in the support section for completed immunizations. We see the date in decision support. BTW I'm using 10.0.1
