So I do like the group mailbox (NURSING, BILLING, PROVIDERS) - I have two nurse that each work part of the week so I want use the mailbox so they can share without having to forward the mail one at a time or share logins. There are two enhancements that would help a lot. It would work a lot better if I could select a group mailbox from the dropdown on the reminder screen. It would also work better if you could edit the groups, as this is only assigned when creating a user.
Currently, you only get to send to the groups with a new message or a forwarded message.

Agree with above. I also wish they let Admin or providers to look in to the nursing pool. There are times that I have to pull a message from nursing to address an issue. Also that gives me an idea how many messages need to be taken care of. Staff is not always on top of things.

If you ever have to pull a message back, check your Outbox. This shows all the reminders and messages you sent.

Yes, though they only stay there until they are opened by a recipient.
