Hi all,
We've been using the non-cloud version of EZ Claims. It's the Advanced 10 - Release 8 version.
We've decide to farm out the billing. The hangup is, the billing outfit isn't savvy enough with EZ Claims and/or MS Access to pick up where we left off.
Anyone have experience with this particular scneario? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Gianni,
We farmed out billing to Trizetto/EZclaims a year ago. We created a "go live" date so that all billing from that point forward went to the new system, and we worked the tail of our AR for 6 months with our old in house system (doing it ourselves with AC) and then abandoned all but the largest claims that still remained. We used the date of service rather than date of claim submission to avoid any confusion.

Thanks for the reply. What did EZClaims charge? Some kind of percentage?
