Any new word on when AC V10 is going to be GA released ?
I thought the last communication had it sometime in Dec 2017 ?

Version 10 is scheduled to GA next week. It's been in beta for 6 weeks now at 18 practices and everything is going very well with no reports of problems. Support will have the links for you do install it yourself. We don't post the links publicly until after we GA and get to a threshold of 100 practices which takes about 3-4 weeks. That protocol is not due to a lack in our confidence in the release, it's just an additional safety measure as once we post the links we have no control over how many practices update. We prefer the conservative approach...

There's been a delay in the General Release of V10 due to some additional testing internally. I don't have a firm date at this time but it appears to be about a week, maybe two. This is not due to a problem in the field with the current beta software so if you desire v10 functionality there is minimal risk to updating to the current beta version sooner. However you'll need to update again once the final GA version is released.

Any update on this? We were scheduled to upgrade last Friday, and the upgrade was cancelled. I guess since we're in the clouds and you have to do the upgrade you don't want to have to upgrade us twice? This upgrade will be such a huge time save (fingers crossed) which is why we really really want to upgrade. The ability to send things directly to patient portals instead of printing to Updox is HUGE. I've been advocating for this since we first started with AC. Hence my impatience.
