Why can't I open 2 tabs on a patient chart simultaneously? For example, if I want to open the demographics tab and the encounter at the same time, I can't do this. Instead, I have to toggle between the two. My secretary expressed frustration with this, especially if she is in the middle of scanning something and she gets a phone call or something, she will lose all of the scanned info if she toggles to another screen.

Along those same lines, would like to be able to have more than one patient chart open.

MSW: Opening two tabs within a single patient chart is not possible. I'm not understanding why/how you are losing scanned information. We scan our old charts and mailed items into AC Imported Items tab. We have not had this problem.
VROBERTS: I agree that it would be nice to open more than one patient chart at a time. However, it can't be done yet.

VROBERTS:
You can have two charts open on one computer at the same time, but it requires technological tricks like remote accessing another computer in your clinic, or using Maxi Vista to connect two PCs together at the same time.
Technically, it's possible, but kinda impractical.
