On AC 9.1 Client running Windows 10 Pro, last few days when I go to print an Rx to the default printer nothing happens, sometimes closing AC then reopening helps. Every other program prints just fine??? Anyone else noting a similar snafu?

Really dumb questions:

1. Is the default printer actually set up as the default printer?
2. Have you reinstalled the print driver or upgraded it to a newer one.
3. I guess closing AC and reopening it making it work, rules out number one.
4. Have you uninstalled AC and reinstalled AC?
5. I have rarely used AC support, but in the few times I have, this is one where they have helped. Although, my problem was number one above.
6. Is this computer connected and printing via an Ethernet cable or directly to the printer via a USB cable?
7. I would generally click my shoes and say three times, "There is nothing worse than a print driver...."

1) yes default all other programs print without a problem
2) It's a Brother MFC no longer updates it's driver says "...use the driver supplied by Windows" I say bite me.
3)Suppose
4)Haven't done that yet but will give it a go
5) Did reach out got a call back but have been out flat and don't have the time to let them remote in
6)USB connection
7) Have to do the close AC/reopen AC 2 or 3 times a day, this PC is fast enough that I haven't pulled out all my hair yet

Thanks for your interest Bert smile

I have a Brother MFC and only have issues with print to fax.
I will have to check whether I am using the Windows print driver or the older Brother.
You may be able to revert back to the Brother driver.
Another option would be to reinstall AC, but I have not seen this on V9.2
