I have a patient with two accounts in PM, which look to be identical. Her last visit was on 10/9/17, and this extra account wasn't there. How do I remove one of the duplicates? Has anyone had this problem?

Thanks so much in advance for the help!

If the other account is empty, you can go into the patient demographics and the last box is expiration date.
Expire the account and it will no longer appear.
If they both have data, I'm not sure what you can do, email support and see if there is a better option

The patient's expectation is that you have all the answers, sometimes they just don't like the answer you have for them
