Hey guys, my GA support license is up at the end of the month and I have a provider leaving at the end of Dec. If I cancel one GA license, can the provider still use charts but just not escribe until he leaves? I tried to ask AC but the person I talked to didn't know what would happen.

I would have to test it, but I suspect it has to do if you leave that provider a provider.
The system gets unhappy if there are more providers, than there are licenses.
So, that impacts both eRX, as well as signing charts.

By "using charts" are you talking about viewing them or creating new notes?
