I have AC 9.2.1 and updox. I am trying to use direct messaging to comply with MIPS but DM does not work. I completed the direct trust activation in Updox. I can send DM messages, but when we run the MU wizard for modified stage 2 report it shows we are failing Objective 5: HIE. We are trying to report for the last quarter of the year 10/1-12/31.
We put a support ticket with angel support over a week ago. Initially were were working with Stefan at AC support. He could not figure out why it was not working. He did try for several days. He told us we were being bumped to "second tier" support last week. It has been over a week and no one has contacted us, not even to say were are too busy and we will get to you by this date... Is anyone else having the same problem? Is there anyone in AC here that can get us help!!?
