We powered down for the storm, restarted everything last week and CVS was showing as inactive. Its still showing inactive today. Any fix

Doubtful. The pharmacies are controlled completely by SureScripts. I would email NewCrop and ask them. I am sure they could give you some good info.

It is strange, though, as I can use all of the CVS pharmacies. I would email NC.
