Not sure if this is a problem we're having specific to our practice, or if this is a an AC wide issue.
Is it normal to have to enter a patient's medications every time you start a new note? Their meds show up in their history, but don't seem to carry over into each new note. This is time consuming for the physician to do every time he seems a patient.
Thoughts/observations/work-arounds?
