If you are experiencing difficulty transmitting E-Prescriptions, please note that our partner NewCrop is experiencing technical difficulties.??They are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution.??We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.??Feel free to try and re-send your prescriptions periodically throughout the day, as when the issue is resolved, the fix will be automatic.?

We will also announce on the Amazing Charts user board when the issue has been resolved.???

Nick - thanks for the update - I appreciate it, as I'm sure others in the community do as well.

I'm hearing that NewCrop has bypassed their internal problems for now so that operations are normal for now.

I'd suggest NewCrop get a status page as Updox has, so that we don't have to hear through the grapevine that they are operationally impaired.

Lots of problems with standard electronic prescribing today. Getting lots of errors in Amazing Charts Inbox:

"The following prescription has failed to transmit to the requested pharmacy. Please resend this prescription.

Failure Reason: System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed out
at System.Net"

x 3 prescriptions
and
"The following prescription has failed to transmit to the requested pharmacy. Please resend this prescription.

Failure Reason: UIB Trace Number is Invalid"

I don't get these messages, but are you sending to a Rite Aid or Walgreens? Especially a Rite Aid.

Didn't see the bottom error.

"UIB trace number is invalid" is a SureScripts error code meaning it was a duplicate script, which had already been received.

Not an AC error. Not a NewCrops error.
